This concept greatly enhances the outdoor experience, thus doubling the area of the houses, and gives the owner the opportunity to take advantage of the pergolas, thatched roofs, the Alentejo tank, which was designed to be a swimming pool, with a small fountain.

Design seeks to integrate the local imagination with natural materials: wooden ceilings, wooden deck floors and smoothed concrete, thatch that coexists with a flat white tile, thus reinforcing a monochromy, with the white walls of the houses.
The land was planned to create privacy on your property and minimize the costs with the condominium. In this project, everything was designed to meet the fundamental needs of leisure and tourist exploration, always taking into account its insertion in Vila da Comporta, which creates a very interesting synergy to the enterprise, corresponding to Comportas characteristc style.
